Beyond Binge Eating

make the shift from surviving to thriving

Understand your experience and nurture more ease in your relationship with food

This 12-week group program is an exclusive online community for all humans who are done with binge eating and wanting to make the shift from surviving to thriving.

If we had to guess …

  • You have a hard time choosing what to eat - you’re always trying to pick the “best choice”

  • You blame yourself - you’re a high achiever and set high standards for yourself and feel frustrated you struggle with consistency when it comes to health

  • You think about food all of the time - you might wake up thinking about what you ate yesterday and what you’ll eat today, or planning your next binge

  • You feel like you know what to do to nourish your body but have tried everything and still feel stuck

  • You speak harshly about your body

  • You want to learn how to feed your body - you are sick and tired of feeling like a prisoner to your scale or food tracker

AND, none of this is your fault.

What if we told you you can pursue health without obsessing over your weight, or calories?

The truth is, we have been taught and sold messages from diet culture for years.

You may be starting to realize that these restrictive diets are not supportive for your overall health or sustainable. These diet plans do not consider your lived experience with food, trauma, or the stresses and demands of your daily life. They are a cookie cutter approach to something that is very complex.

We are told weight = health, and many people spend years, if not decades, trying to change their body in the name of health.

What if instead, you reframed your concept of health and reclaimed self-care strategies that support you holistically?

So let us ask you…

How would it feel to let go of binge eating? It means you no longer have to:

  • Obsess over food, worrying about the “best”, “healthiest”, or “right” choice

  • Feel exhausted 24/7 and end up with rebound hunger in the evening that leaves you feeling guilty

  • Blame yourself for not fitting into society’s “ideal body” or having “lack of discipline”

And instead…

  • Have more chill around food knowing you are worthy of nourishment

  • Look forward to eating your favourite foods without guilt or repercussions from your diet brain

  • Feel more energized for your day and increased presence in your connection with others

1.

2.

Over the 12 weeks you will:

  • Examine your own individual experience with diet culture and map your food relationship

  • Uncover food rules or old stories you may be holding onto

  • Rewire how you think about food

  • Reduce your guilt and shame around food

  • Reduce or stop binge eating all together

  • Challenge the belief that weight = worth

  • Have more “chill” around food - especially foods you’ve previously told yourself no!

  • Reclaim self-care practices

  • Repair the trust in your body

This group program is NOT:

  • a pass or fail

  • a rigid meal plan

  • rooted in food restriction

  • another weight-loss program

  • going to reinforce the idea that you can’t have certain foods

Instead, your dietitian will guide you through Beyond Binge Eating. Once you complete this program you will be thinking about food way less and be able to eat and move on without thinking about the next meal or binge. We want you to leave with a deepened understanding of nourishing your body and your worth.

Meet Your Facilitator

Allison Easton, RD

She/Her | Location: Edmonton, AB

Hi, I am Allison Easton!  I am a fat positive - weight inclusive Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and co-founder of The Nourish Collective.

After almost 3 decades of experience (eek!), I have truly found my passion supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food and their body.

My goal in working with clients is to establish safety and create space to explore their life experience with food and their body; make connections between their experience and their behaviours; identify and unlearn unhelpful rules/belief systems; heal the wounds of diet culture; and build a relationship with food that feels effortless and allows them to live the life of which they are so deserving.

My biggest hope in supporting clients is that through this work they begin to see a glimmer of their power and purpose – something that is often taken away in the rupture of their food and body relationship.

At the center of my work is respect and compassion shared through a warm, down-to-earth approach. I care very deeply for the health and well-being of my clients.

Coffee and quiet get me out of bed in the morning.  I enjoy a full life as the mom of two adult children and two dogs.  I am married to my biggest supporter and together we enjoy time with our family and friends; adventuring around Alberta in our trailer; and time in nature.
